You are warmly invited to our next seminar in the Programme for Integrated Child Health series.
The evening will focus on exploring the learning and development of the Children and Young People’s Partnership. A holistic, population based, data driven programme seeking to show through evaluation how to create an ICS (integrated care system) for children.
The session will be led by Claire Lemer, who combines working as a general paediatric consultant with service transformation roles focused on improving the interface between primary and hospital care.
